The role: We have a great opportunity for a school/college leaver to join our global HR team based in our Head Office in Salford as a HR Administrator. This is an apprenticeship programme for 18 months studying a CIPD Level 3 qualification in HR Support and upon successful completion of Level 3, we can support you to continue your studies and aim for CIPD Level 4. In this role you will:
- Checking right to work documents and taking reference on new employees
- Drafting, amending and sending contracts of employment
- Sending correspondence to employees of any job role changes
- Off boarding employees on the HR system
- Keeping an accurate HR CRM system
- Providing adhoc reports for the Senior HR Business Partners
- Being the main point of contact for any HR admin related queries from the 2000 + workforce
- Working closely with key stakeholders across the group including the Director of Talent
- Supporting the new starter induction days
