The opportunity:
Are you ready to kickstart your finance career? Our Group Finance Team is looking for a Purchase Ledger Apprentice to join us at our headquarters in Salford. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience and study towards AAT Level 2 or 3, depending on your prior experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Processing invoices in our system and ensuring timely approvals
- Checking statements and liaising with suppliers to resolve queries
- Posting payments and allocating invoices in the ledger
- Supporting the Accounts Payable team to meet strict monthly deadlines
- Maintaining attention to detail and managing repetitive tasks efficiently
- Taking on ad-hoc duties to support the wider finance team
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow within a professional finance team
- GSCE grade 5 and above in Maths and English, open to recent graduates but this is not essential.

Eligibility: To apply for this apprenticeship, you must have lived in the UK or UK Territories for the past 3 years and have full legal rights to work during that time. Time spent in the UK solely on a student visa does not count toward this 3-year residency requirement.
