The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an Onsite Account Manager / Senior Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). This role will be based onsite with one of our key clients in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, where you will act as the main point of contact for both our contractors and the client.
This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the onsite workforce while delivering a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the go-to person onsite for contractor queries and support
- Managing attendance, absences, and general workforce issues
- Building strong relationships with client managers and contractors
- Processing weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Supporting recruitment activities when required, including writing and posting job adverts, screening CVs and carrying out initial candidate assessments, coordinating and organising interviews, and conducting inductions and onboarding processes, including right-to-work checks and ensuring compliance.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all processes are up to date
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a similar onsite, recruitment, or coordination role is essential
- Confident communicating with people at all levels
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling payroll and compliance
- Ability to work independently while managing a busy workload
- Well organised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Fully onsite role (Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire)
No shift work or weekend requirements
Additional Information:
This role will primarily be working independently onsite, with support provided remotely and regular on-site visits from the wider team.
