We are looking for a number of driven and enthusiastic Background Screening Consultants to join the vetting team based at our modern, purpose-built offices in Trafford Park (close to Media City and the Trafford Centre). Supporting our busy team, the purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective vetting administration support service across the business area.
This is a 5 month contract starting immediately. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Requesting the right checks for the role a candidate has applied for, monitoring and hastening the return of checks and accurately recording the results
- Collecting and reviewing all data in line with clients' requirements and adhering to the Data Protection Act
- Giving an excellent impression of the client when liaising with candidates and external personnel
- Supporting in all other pre-employment administration tasks
The suitable candidate for this role will have excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines, and excellent attention to detail. Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, are required. Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role is preferable but not essential as full training will be given. A positive attitude and willingness to learn is key.
