Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage all aspects of recruitment, business development, and team building within the IT and Technology sectors. This role requires a strategic, results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for delivering exceptional people services.
1. Business Development:
• Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand Morson Talent's presence and client base in the IT and Technology sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with the executive team to define growth targets, strategies, and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Lead the full recruitment cycle for key positions within the IT and Technology sectors, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top-tier talent.
• Utilize industry knowledge and a vast network to identify and engage with passive candidates.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
3. Team Building:
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled recruiters, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages knowledge sharing and growth.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and career development opportunities for team members.
• Monitor team performance and implement effective strategies to drive success.
4. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
