We are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our incredibly successful team at our office in Manchester, The Mill, Salford.

About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Payroll Team, as an Administrator. This role is a great entry way into the payroll sector, and we will be providing you with all the training you require to exceed.

Responsibilities:
• To provide an efficient and effective administration support service.
• To comply with company policies, procedures, and payroll legislation always
• To work with the payroll Team to ensure that workers are paid accurately and on time.
• Data-inputting of bank details on Peoplesoft
• Data-inputting of statutory information, for example P45s, P46s, P9s etc.
• To monitor deductions
• To run Payroll Reports and check and amend where necessary

Essential Skills:
• Communication skills
• Attention to detail
• The ability to use IT equipment
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:
• GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), or equivalent, including maths.
