We are looking for a systems trainer and coach to join our information systems services team.  We will be calling you product success partner as you will work with our recruitment colleagues to get more out of our systems and other products available to us. 

The role is office based at our Headquarters in Trafford Park on a full-time permanent basis with some travel to our regional offices.

Key Purpose

To empower our recruitment colleagues by proving them with the knowledge and support to get as much as possible from our business tech stack. This will include training for new starters and engaging with existing staff to help them use the right tools for the challenges facing them in their job.

We are seeking an outgoing and passionate individual to join our information and systems team. As a product success partner you will work closely with our recruitment colleagues to help increase engagement, develop their systems capabilities and maximise their understanding of the technology available to them to improve levels of performance.

You will be required to provide coaching, facilitate workshops and deliver training to support the ongoing development of our recruitment colleagues and  ensure that they understand the products available to them to carry out effective and efficient recruitment whilst providing an excellent customer experience.

You will bring creative thinking to alleviate challenges facing recruitment colleagues and work with them to show how to best engage our products’ functions to maximise opportunities and improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

Delivery of bi weekly systems introduction sessions for new starters.

Support business stakeholders with the roll out of new systems and procedures

Identify product, system and procedural knowledge gaps and take ownership of filling those to ensure that staff along with managers are up to speed.

Act as a liaison between business users and product owners/systems managers to provide feedback on how colleagues are using the products and where improvements could be made

Promote Morson Group’s tech products to colleagues through consultative online demonstrations and Q&As

Experience and Skills

You will ideally be degree level qualified and have experience of training & coaching and / or recruitment experience.

This is a widely varied and exciting role. 

You therefore need to be willing to learn, hungry for knowledge and of an inquisitive nature. Training for you will be provided by your IS services colleagues and our supply partners, who's products we are wanting to utilise better.
