Cornwallis operates across various markets, recruiting in the financial services domain, legal and professional services, and the digital and media markets. This role is focused on the digital and media markets.

We are currently recruiting for an expert IT recruiter able to develop long term client, candidate and contractor relationships, working in the heart of the City of London. We’re looking for a leader, a mentor, a specialist, an opportunity creator, who is self-motivated and commercially astute, to achieve for themselves and our company.

About you:

  • You will have a proven track record in IT Recruitment, demonstrating your historic performance results (media & digital/technical)
  • You will ideally have experience across both Perm & Contract recruitment
  • Confident and excellent people skills, takes pride in building relationships
  • Proven driven individual with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and work towards SLA’s/KPI’s
  • Experience in mentoring or leading other recruiters, with an encouraging and caring attitude  
  • Positive and proactive individual with the ability to work on their own and as part of a team
  • A driven and ambitious individual who has a passion for success, likes a challenge and eager to build a successful IT Recruitment team


  • Identifying business opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Developing new and existing business within the technology markets
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders and always looking for opportunities to strengthen these relationships
  • Market map to identify new areas of growth
  • Manage candidate life cycle from start to finish, ensuring candidate engagement and a positive experience
  • Manage candidate and clients’ expectations with a consultative, caring and genuine approach
  • To lead the team and take ownership of this sector, motivating and inspiring your team members

Sales Targets

Billings: £250k - £350k
