About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Information Systems Team as a Reporting Co-ordinator. In a supportive and collaborative team, you will be trained and guided through. this position, whilst working at the heart of the Company.

One of our key areas is data, where we provide, maintain, and support a wide variety of data requests from internal and external Clients.

The source of the data comes from our CRM and BI Dashboard solution. The role is to understand the data and carry out analysis to meet the specified reporting requirements.

In addition to working with the data you the role will work in supporting the Lead Business Intelligence Analysis in supporting and maintaining the Dashboard solution.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and interpret commercial performance data for clients
• Production of business key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Production of monthly and quarterly client reports in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure all reports are produced in accordance with company brand guidelines
• Production of client data for quarterly review
• Ad hoc data preparation for internal customers
• Maintain Dashboard users and access management
• Analyse data and encourage correct usage of business enterprise systems
• Support and resolve any Dashboard solution queries around the data displayed
• Offer continuous improvement on the Data/Reporting/Dashboards we offer as the IS Services team.

Candidate Requirements:
Due to the scope of this position, we are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Good understanding of data, business processes and data management.
• Excellent numerical skills, capable of interpreting the data they’re working with and communicating this to the relevant people.
• Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications
• Keen to learn and develop knowledge of business process
• Ideally, someone who has past experience working with numbers in an account environment looking for a change into a data focused environment.
