Morson Talent are looking for an organised, team focused Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy, fast-paced Aerospace team in Preston. The primary responsibility of this role is providing support to a team of recruitment consultants and being responsible for the onboarding and support of contractors.

General Role Responsibilities –
• Pass initial requests from candidates and clients to the relevant Recruitment Consultant
• Organise the advertising of vacancies, resourcing of new candidates, and interview candidates
• Onboard new contractors and action extensions to contracts
• Database maintenance
• Assist in the checking of CRB checks, eligibility to work and proof of ID and any other security-based activities
• Dealing with queries from Contractors including payroll
• Organise, manage, and replenish stationery supplies
• General office administration

Person Specification, Essential:
• Experience in the recruitment industry
• Administration experience
• Excel experience including managing and maintaining spreadsheets
• Able to communicate positively at all levels both internally and externally
• Proactive, adaptive and positive approach
• Able to multitask and manage a large workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player

Qualifications, Essential:
• NVQ 2 In Administration
