About The Role 

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and proactive individual to join our renowned Aerospace team. If you possess either a strong customer service background, excel as a recruitment resourcer, or are an experienced recruitment consultant, we invite you to be a part of our team. While prior experience in contract recruitment is desirable, it is not mandatory.

This is a fast-paced role driving excellent delivery to our esteemed and well-established clients. In this fast-paced setting, your commitment will contribute to driving excellent results and maintaining our reputation as a leader in the Aerospace and Defence industry.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding process
  • Working with existing clients to take comprehensive job briefs
  • Proactively manage and maintain our database of candidates
  • Proactively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements
  • Telephone screen and register candidates in line with company standards
  • Resource candidates from LinkedIn, job boards and relevant sources
  • Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates, consistently exceeding expectations
  • Handle queries from candidates and clients with a professional and responsive approach
  • Ensure rigorous compliance of working contractors with both client and statutory requirements
  • Resolve any queries regarding salary, absences or any other factors which may affect performance

About you:

  • Recruitment experience is desirable
  • Ideally industry knowledge (manufacturing/engineering/aerospace)
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work across several IT systems
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work on deadlines and under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Can do attitude
  • Target driven
