Due to a period of sustained growth in our major accounts within the aerospace and defence sectors we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team based at our Head Office in Manchester.  You will have the ability to work around recruitment problems and come up with innovative solutions to support our prestigious client base.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join us as either an experienced Recruitment Consultant or a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the recruitment of technical white-collar roles across the aerospace and defence division.


  • Working with existing clients to take comprehensive job brief
  • Managing the end-to-end contract recruitment process
  • Proactively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements
  • Proactively manage a database of candidates
  • Ensure candidates are kept informed and receive a high level of customer service
  • Telephone screen, interview and register candidates in line with company standards
  • Resource / Headhunt candidates
  • Ensure that all working contractors comply with client and statutory requirements and resolve any queries regarding salary, absences or any other factors which may affect performance

What we are looking for

  • Recruitment or Resourcing experience or a qualification or background in any engineering related discipline would be advantageous
  • Positive and proactive individual, with the ability to work on their own and as part of a team
  • The ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Extremely motivated to succeed
  • Highly organised, reliable and always keen to help
  • Great attention to detail
  • Integrity - ensure and maintain confidentiality of information and data at all times
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
