About The Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about account management, the candidate journey and providing a flawless client experience. There is no BD required in this role, we just want someone who is enthusiastic about doing a great job and enjoys managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• To prepare and facilitate ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment campaigns
• Interview, screen and register candidates in line with company standards
• Provide an excellent candidate experience
• Ensure that all working contractors comply with client and statutory requirements
• Carry out candidate negotiations
• Resolve any queries regarding salary, absences or any other factors which may affect performance
• Pro actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements

Essential Skills:

• Adept in using various different talent attraction tools, talent pooling and managing relationships with key stakeholders
• Experience of building relationships with candidates and clients
• Experience using and maintaining recruitment databases
• Competent using LinkedIn recruiter
• Excellent communication skills
