About The Role

We are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic, and proactive recruitment consultant professional to join our renowned Aerospace team. The position would be ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience, outstanding customer focus role experience, and a professional who is very articulate and attentive. Additionally, the candidate must have strong Administrator & IT skills with excellent interpersonal skills and seeking for an exciting recruitment opportunity. As this is a fast-paced profession, the suitable candidate will be responsible for generating fantastic results for our prominent and established clients.

Duties:

• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process
• Supporting the end-to-end onboarding process
• Working new and existing clients to take comprehensive brief
• Proactively manage and maintain our database of candidates
• Proactively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements
• Provide an excellent service to clients and candidates
• Telephone screen, interview and register candidates in line with company standards
• Resource candidates from LinkedIn, job boards and relevant sources
• Format CV’s
• Complete general administrative responsibilities
• Support the growth of the candidate network
• Manage candidates and clients queries
• Finding the best talent within the market by networking, headhunting and advertising
• Identifying business opportunities with new and existing clients
• Ensure that all working contractors comply with client and statutory requirements and resolve any queries regarding salary, absences or any other factors which may affect performance

About you:

• Recruitment experience is desirable
• Any customer service facing background with a willingness to succeed
• Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on deadlines and under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Can do attitude
• Target driven
