This is a delivery focused role with no business development involved - purely a candidate driven role, where 50% of the roles you will work are exclusive / 50% established PSL Accounts.
You will be working with our clients to place IT Contractors across the following disciplines:
- Project Management & Business Analysis
- Data Analytics
- Cyber Security
- Software Test & Development
- Networks & Infrastructure
Role Responsibilities;
- Must have previous IT recruitment/resourcing experience
- Working with our existing clients to take comprehensive job briefs
- End to end IT Contract recruitment
- Pro-actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements
- Proactively manage a database of candidates
- Ensure candidates are kept informed and receive a high level of customer service
- Telephone screen, interview and register candidates in line with company standards
- Advertising all vacancies
