About the Role:

We have an opportunity available in our Bristol office, where you will be part of a team of 6 and will be responsible for delivering suitable candidates to clients and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

This role recruits across Aerospace, Defence, Nuclear & Infrastructure and covers technical roles such as Manufacturing, Production, Systems, Software, Project & Programme Management. 80% of the team’s business is RPO focused and not only is it heavily invested in by our CEO, but it is also one of the fastest growing parts of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Recruiters with the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Pro-actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements
  • Proactively manage and maintain our database of candidates
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience
  • Telephone screen, interview and register candidates in line with company standards
  • Resource candidates from job boards and relevant sources
  • Format CVs in line with client requirements
  • Support the end-to-end onboarding process
  • Complete any other general administrative duties
  • Support the growth of our candidate network
  • Finding the best talent in your market by networking, headhunting and advertising


About You:

  • Previous recruitment experience is desirable
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Perseverance, self-discipline, self-motivated and driven
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills liaising with candidates and internal stakeholders on a daily basis
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn is key
