About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Professional Services Recruiter who will help to maximize the sales and gross profit in the timely supply of personnel to clients in line with company procedures.
This is a 180’ recruitment role covering business delivery and client delivery roles along with some Business Development and Client Relationship Development.
Role overview: The role will be split in to three core areas with a weighting attributed to each:
Recruitment Delivery – 50% of the role
You will be responsible for delivering recruitment campaigns for mid – senior hires across our division. You will work on both Interim and Perm roles and have an annual full year target of c£100,000 (c£8,000 per month across Interim & Perm). This works out to be roughly one perm placement a month and you will naturally build a small temp book. The roles will be either fed from across our existing client network or may from part of a process that you initiate with a client.
Existing client & lapsed client relationships – 25% of the role
You will maximise revenue from existing buying clients / lapsed buying clients within the business and wider relevant clients pools. Building relationships and further selling Morson and our services.
New & target client relationships – 25% of the role
You will look to target the HR community, HRDs, Heads of Resourcing, HRBPs & Line Managers. Build a pipeline of contacts and develop relationships that could lead to new PSL, MSP or RPO opportunities. Target businesses with large Professional Services offerings, contact centre, customer service etc
- Experience within the recruitment industry
- Experience within a telesales or customer services role
- Experience of Business Development / Client Relationship Development
- Working knowledge of specialised sector
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to build a rapport with colleagues, clients and candidates at all levels
- Stakeholder management
