Payroll Administrator

Vital Human Resources has been around for over 30 years, we are a leader in the Rail Engineering Recruitment sector. We have an excellent brand in the industry, have 13 office UK wide and 90% of our work is repeat business.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our incredibly successful team at our Head Office in Salford (M5 4TP) to assist our consultants in managing contractors.


Responsibilities:
• Payrolling candidates on a weekly basis
• Chasing up orders and timesheets
• Liaising with Clients and Candidates daily
• Planning workers shifts on a bespoke system
• Assisting with purchasing, post, booking hotels etc
• Liaising with various internal and external departments
• Ad Hoc Admin duties


About You:
• Experience within a busy office environment
• Attention to detail and incredibly organised
• Strong personality and excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
• Very competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel are required
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn is key
• Hard working and self-motivated
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to build rapport with colleagues, clients and candidates at all levels
