Part Time Administrator
Whitehaven, Cumbria
2.5 days per week, Permanent

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Administrator to support our permanent recruitment team to be based at our office in Whitehaven, Cumbria. Supporting this busy team, the purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective administration support service. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Working predominantly within Excel, Dashboards and CRM systems
  • Maintaining the candidate database and associated records
  • Receiving and handling incoming queries via email
  • Scanning and electronic filing of relevant documents
  • Coordinating meetings and diaries where needed
  • Generic administration support
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required

The suitable candidate for this role will have excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines, and excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role is essential. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in a recruitment environment. Other essential skills and experience are:

  • Excellent Microsoft package experience including word, excel and outlook
  • Experience using different computer packages and CRM’s
  • Strong communicator and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage challenging workload
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Proven experience within a fast-paced office environment
