About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Shared Service Team, as an Operations Support Assistant. You will work as an integral part of the team, providing operational support through the timely answering of queries and fulfilling ad hoc requests through the ticketing system.


  • Dealing with and responding to client queries in a timely manner
  • Effectively assisting in the daily operating of the ticketing system, responding to, and closing tickets in a timely manner
  • Dealing with new starter bookings
  • Onboarding of contractors at the MAG airports, Post Office and any additional clients as requested by Head of Shared Services
  • Assist team lead in the organisation of wider divisional events, such as quarterly Town Hall events
  • KPI Reporting

Essential Skills:

  • Experience of all MS packages, particularly excel
