We are currently seeking an On-site Resourcing Partner to be based on-site at one of our major clients’ locations, Manchester Airport Group.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in both coordinating recruitment for this prestigious client, whilst supporting key stakeholders and candidates alike in their recruitment and on-boarding journey.

This is a great opportunity for either someone who has on-site experience or looking to change paths in their recruitment career and focus on the clients’ needs and deliver quality service. This is a full-time on-site position, however there will be some flexibility to WFH if needed and once fully on-boarded.

Typical duties within the role will include -

Recruitment of Candidates (30%)
• Take job briefing meetings with hiring managers & advise on the recruitment process
• Support the various internal recruitment teams as and when required and support screening, interviewing and candidate journey
• Carry out candidate negotiations and support our shared service function
• To ensure that all working contractors comply with client and statutory requirements.
• To assist our vetting team with on-boarding/security documents
• Be professional and efficient whilst representing Morson on-site
• Holding recruitment meetings and contractor clinics

Client Management (70%)
• To maintain an accurate database by regularly updating candidate and client profiles
• To support all hiring managers in the correct recruitment process
• Comply with all data protection guidelines in line with company policies
• Deal with client queries in an efficient and professional manner
• Support in collation of PO’s & timesheet management
• Collation of MI & reporting packs with the CSM
• To carry out any ad hoc duties required for the role
Experience we are looking for -
• Experience within recruitment (Professional recruitment preferable)
• Strong administration experience
• Experience with building rapport with colleagues, candidates, and/or clients
• Microsoft office experience
• Candidates need to be able to obtain security clearance (DBS)
• Full driving licence required as client site visits (East-Midlands & Stansted) may be required (Free parking on-site & Morson HQ)

Key information –
• Monday – Fridays 9am-5pm (If needed for an occasional weekend, time-in-lieu will be rewarded)
• £30,000 per annum (negotiable) plus discretionary quarterly bonus scheme
• Free parking at Morson Group and client site (Manchester Airport Staff East)
• Train station is 5-minute walk to terminal building at Manchester Airport
