About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Delivery Team, as a Contracts Delivery Manager at the Gresham Mill office in Salford. The purpose of the role is to oversee the day to day delivery of our core services to our clients. Acting as the first point if escalation for any delivery based concerns or challenges. Upholding the quality standard set by the quality lead and their team. To ensure the delivery of services by putting second tier suppliers in line with the services and associated KPIs. Drive excellence and innovation at every opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage professional relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors, ensuring that service delivery is in line with both contractual obligations and company quality based values
• Monitor and report on service delivery, ensuring that all KPIs are met
• Manage budgets and ensure that all maintenance costs are within agreed limits
• Conduct regular audits of delivery to identify development needs and ensure that they are addressed in a timely manner.
• Manage a team of delivery staff and contractors, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to provide the best possible service.
• Liaise with other departments within the team to ensure that ongoing delivery, compliance and quality based activities are completed
Essential Skills:
• Proven experience as a Contract or Account Manager in national delivery contracts
• Highly motivated, customer focused and commercially astute.
• Passionate about quality of service at all costs and willing to challenge when the standard drops.
• Commercial awareness, the ability to ensure all services meet the budgeted values
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
• Degree or equivalent in commercial, business, education, service delivery related studies
• Experience of education, technical training, rail/Network Rail environment
