Contractor Support and Compliance Apprentice

We are looking for a school/college leaver who is interested in customer service and the finance sector, who would like to embark on their very first job role. Full training and apprenticeship support will be given.
Role Details
Based in our Head Office in Manchester, Trafford Park, this role offers a fully sponsored apprentice alongside invaluable work experience.
Negotiable salary up to £12,000 whilst completing the apprenticeship, with the potential to rise.
Sponsored NVQ Level 3 - Customer Service.
Course length: Typically, 12-18 months, subject to extension.

Typical duties within the role will include -
• Manage the contractor pre onboarding and compliance checks
• Set up new umbrella and Limited Company supplier records once compliance checks are completed
• Issue candidate contracts through Candidate and Timesheet System (Morson Comply)
• On receipt of completed contract enter details into Talisman being mindful of the need for accuracy
• Monitor compliance dashboards for expiration of annual insurances and E2W Visas etc.
• Manage booking changes and facilitate backdated adjustments if required
• Answers support messages via telephone and ticketing system working to the team SLA’s at all times
• Running of weekly payroll reports
• Weekly Welcome call to new starters
• Process Advance payments
• Update Contractors Bank Details
• Monitoring Morson Comply and offering assistance to contractors if required
• Regularly speaking to contractors and resolving queries
