We are looking for an ambitious Apprentice Data Analyst to join our Information Systems Team at our Head Office in Trafford Park.

After 6 months of learning the role and broadening your knowledge of our product matrix, you will start your Apprenticeship with our key client partner QA. QA are the world’s leading IT Training provider, so this is a great opportunity to develop and receive best in class experience and training.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is extremely detail focussed and analytical and enjoys getting involved in system support and data related activities. Likewise it would also suit someone who’s got the ability to be able to work with a number of different systems and products at once, and be able to solve problems as and when they arise.

Role Responsibilities -

  • Working with our comprehensive product matrix
  • 1st & 2nd line system support
  • Producing reports on Microsoft Excel for the systems team
  • Manage and maintain our internal and external dashboards
  • Analyse, interrogate and report on our database usage
  • Support the QA team where required by managing support requests and escalating queries
  • Working on ad hoc projects that come in as a package of work
  • Completing packages of work in agreed timescales with external clients

You –

  • Great attention to detail
  • The ability to be able to communicate effectively
  • Educated to A Level or B Tech standard, Information Systems qualifications preferable
  • Highly numerate and analytical
  • Proficient in all Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
  • The ability to be able to manage your workload and prioritise tasks in order of importance
  • Process driven
  • The ability to be able to work as part of a team
  • Integrity - ensure and maintain confidentiality of information and data at all times
